Is Greens+Aloe safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes but only small doses. Always best to err on the side of caution during pregnancy (first trimester especially). Use a maximum of 1 flat teaspoon daily until baby is weaned, or 2 yrs old. You really want the nutritive support & gut benefits, but you don’t want high doses to promote detox (there’s a time for that & pregnancy and breastfeeding is not that time!)

Green drinks look really gross - & I’ve tasted aloe vera, it’s horrible. what does Greens + Aloe taste like?

It's not the nicest beverage you'll ever taste, but it's sooo worth getting used to it, you’ll feel amazing on it! Try some with juice, in a protein shake, a smoothie, coconut water, with a squeeze of lemon / lime…there
