Simple ingredients, super easy to prep & will keep the kids busy in the kitchen for ages rolling delicious healthy choc raspberry Easter eggs!
Ingredients
1x 750g Bliss Ball Mix
150g frozen raspberries
50g coconut oil
Optional: Desiccated coconut for rolling
Method
Tip all ingredients into a large bowl & combine well with clean hands (squash it all together until you have a choc raspberry mud).
Shape into small Easter eggs (or balls if it's not Easter!)
Coat in desiccated coconut if you like.
Store in freezer.
Serves Approx
Makes 60-80 small eggs. The smaller the eggs, the longer the kids are busy!
