Gluten Free 'Sesame Crunch' Granola
This Gluten-free ‘Sesame Crunch Granola’ is nice & light, not too sweet & that delicious toasted sesame smell & taste.
Ingredients:
1 cup of activated Blend11
2 cups puffed amaranth
1 cup puffed millet
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup rice malt syrup (or honey or maple syrup)
1/4 cup coconut oil
In a large fry pan, melt oil & syrup until combined, then add all dry ingredients & work through oil & syrup until evenly covered.
Spread onto a large oven tray (lined with baking paper if desired) & bake on very low heat until dry & crisp. Break up into chunks.
Approx 100 degrees for around an hour worked for me! Nice & light, not too sweet & that delicious toasted sesame smell & taste 💕
