This delicious breaky to start any day. It will fill you up. Tastes good enough to eat it for dessert!
Ingredients
Toasted Muesli
3 cups oats, 1 cup
Blend 13, 1/2 cup coconut oil melted, 1/2 cup rice malt syrup, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup sultanas, 1/4 cup pepitas,
To make the cup
1 banana, 4 strawberries, blueberries, 3 tablespoons yogurt, 1 tablespoon Blend 13 (soaked overnight), 2 tablespoons toasted muesli, 2 tablespoons stewed rhubarb, 1 tablespoon almond butter
Method
Toasted Museli
Mix all ingredients together and bake in an oven for 20 minutes on 180. Once cooled store in an air tight container.
To make the cup
slice the banana and mix with the almond butter, place it in the bottom of the cup. then place a layer of yogurt, then rhubarb, then neo blend, then more yogurt, then toasted muesli, then slice the strawberries and place on top with the blueberries. Eat and enjoy
