Winter Protein Balls
Super-easy & VERY yummy goodMix protein balls with a hint of cinnamon and ginger to warm you up!
Directions:
Blend or process the following ingredients, then roll into balls & refrigerate.
-1 cup of raisins or dates, moistened with 2 tbsp of water
- 1/2 cup of Blend 11 (activated)
- 1/2 cup of almond meal
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 tbsp protein powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
Makes approx 15 extremely scrummy balls, which will last approximately 1 day in most households (double mix is a good idea)!
