Ingredients
120g dry Blend 11 activated overnight
1cup ground almonds
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
Juice from 2 lemons
Rind from 1 lemon
3 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of pink salt
1tsp vanilla extract
Coconut for rolling
Method
Blitz in food processor except coconut
Roll into walnut sized balls in coconut
Should make about 30
