1) In a blender, mix: Maple Syrup, Almond Milk, Vanilla Bean Paste & GoodMix Superfoods Greens + Aloe Powder.
2) Add Chia Seed and the blended mix in a clean bowl and stir well for 2 minutes. Make sure that there is no clumps of chia seeds. Rest the mix for 15 minutes.
3) The chia seed will actually begin to thicken a bit, like a gel like texture. Stir again for 1 minute & keep it refrigerated for overnight in a closed container.
You can use this pudding mix to make your dessert for up to 4 days.
4) To make the dessert, layer your Chia Pudding with raisins, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate.
Alternatively, you can use fresh berries and fruits to make it a complete healthier dessert.
