High Protein Easter Cheesecake Cups 🐣✨
This is my take on a high protein Easter treat – a creamy cheesecake with a goodMix Bliss Ball base. It’s quick, easy to recreate and gives you that sweet Easter fix without the sugar overload.

Ingredients
Base:
2 cups goodMix Bliss Ball Mix
1–2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Filling:
2 x 160g YoPRO High Protein Yoghurt
200g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Juice of ½ lemon (plus zest optional)
Optional topping (Easter twist):
Crushed chocolate or Easter eggs
Method
Serves: 4
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 2–3 hours (or 1 hour in freezer)
Cook time: Nil
1. Prepare the base
In a bowl, combine 1 cup GoodMix Bliss Ball Mix with 1–2 tbsp melted coconut oil. Add a small amount of water if needed and mix until the texture is slightly sticky and holds together.
2. Press + chill
Divide mixture evenly between 4 small jars or containers and press firmly into the base. Place in the fridge to set while preparing the filling.
3. Make the filling
In a separate bowl, add 2 x YoPRO yoghurts, 200g cream cheese, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder and juice of ½ lemon. Mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Assemble
Spoon the filling evenly over each base and smooth the tops.
5. Set
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm, or place in the freezer for approximately 1 hour for a quicker set.
6. Serve
Serve chilled. Optional: top with crushed chocolate or Easter toppings for added texture and presentation.
