Acceptance of conditions of use
By accessing, viewing or otherwise using this website, including purchasing goods, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use. Delivery Policy
We will process orders within 2 working days from confirmation of receipt of payment. We then are bound within the delivery times and terms of our courier provider Shippit.
ALL orders are sent with an Authority To Leave (ATL) which means the courier can use their own discretion to leave the parcel if you are not home. You have the option to place a note at the time of order (in the shopping cart) to revoke the ATL. You also have the option to advise the courier of any instructions for them to leave the parcel eg: "Please leave at front door".
Prices & Currency
The prices displayed on the goodMix site are in Australian (AUD) dollars, valid and effective only within Australia. Such prices do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling is a separate payment item and is not included in your purchase.
Refund Policy
You can return any damaged or incorrect item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order. The goodMix Team must authorise all returns prior to returning.
- Full Refund for Item/s will be offered:Â If the items you received were incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as we described them, then you'll get a full refund for that item.

- The goodMix Team must authorise all returns via the Support Email
- Photos of any damaged goods, faulty goods, or incorrectly picked goods will need to be provided as proof (photos to include our picking slip).
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
- To complete your return, we require your order number or the email address you used when purchased.Â
- To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

goodMix will do their best to provide accurate product image representation and pricing and product information. However, we are human and pricing, typographical or image errors may occur from time to time.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information, goodMix shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the error. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
As a part of continuous quality improvements if you do see such error please kindly drop us a line at orders@goodmix.com.au as we will fix the error as soon as possible.
Order Acceptance
Please note; that there may be occasions that we are unable to accept an order or must cancel an order. At the discretion of goodMix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For Example: – inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing, product or ingredient supply restrictions or quantity limitations. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card. Notification will be provided to you via email that such credit has been applied.
