Shipping policy


We do our best to send all of our orders within two business days. During busier times like Black Friday, major sales events, and the holiday season, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes. Rest assured, our dedicated team is working hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Please noteALL orders are sent with an Authority To Leave (ATL) which means the courier can use their own discretion to leave the parcel if you are not home. You have the option to place a note at the time of order (in the shopping cart) to revoke the ATL. You also have the option to advise the courier of any instructions for them to leave the parcel eg: "Please leave at front door".


Once your order is on the way, you will receive an email directly from the relevant courier (Aus Post, Aramex) advising their unique tracking number and links for you to follow its journey.


Please use the support facilities that each courier provides to follow up your delivery directly with them. They will advise of any delays which can be caused by weather events, volume increases, other issues outside of their control. Additionally, the courier network will be at maximum capacity during the peak periods mentioned above, which could affect delivery times. 


If you have still not received your order after 10 business days, and the current eta advised by the courier company has passed, please contact us providing your name, order number & courier tracking number, and one of our team will follow it up with the courier company on your behalf.


Please note:  In general, we do not offer refunds or replacements for delayed delivery. If we are advised by the courier company that your delivery has been deemed "lost" by them, we will offer the customer a replacement order.
